Private label manufacturing of organic fertilizers
We manufacture in Spain, under your brand, from a catalogue of 25 references whose composition is published product by product. What sets this apart is not the packaging: it is that you can show your customer where every figure comes from, including chloride measured by ion chromatography at an accredited laboratory. That analysis travels with the product even when it carries your label.

The three formats, photographed on the same product
So they can actually be compared, all three photos are of the same reference. Format drives filling, transport and price per litre, so it is worth deciding before the label.

The labels in these photos are ours: in private label that is exactly the space yours occupies. Exact sizes and the minimum per format are agreed per order, as they depend on the product and the destination.
What your brand gets besides the product
In private label the packaging is the easy part. What is hard to assemble — and what your customer ends up asking — is where the numbers come from. That is included.
Published analysis, not just a datasheet
All 25 references have their composition published openly, with measured values marked as measured and declared ones as declared. If your customer wants to verify a figure, they can.
Measured chloride, which almost nobody publishes
Ion chromatography to UNE-EN 10304-1 at an ENAC-accredited laboratory. All three blocks are published: those below the detection limit, those with a measured value — including the high ones — and those not yet tested. Unretouched.
The three standards covering the range
Regulation (EU) 2018/848 for European organic production, NOP USDA Organic for the United States and JAS for Japan. Exactly what each reference covers is checked product by product before it is committed.
Trials signed by third parties
University of Arizona, Amalgamated Sugar in Idaho and Holden Research in Arizona, with researcher, method and year. Not brochures: trials with a control and a stated design, published with their limits.

What is private label fertilizer manufacturing?
It means manufacturing a product under the customer's brand, label and packaging rather than the manufacturer's. The customer sells as their own a product they have not had to formulate, certify or pack. In organic inputs it is common because the barrier to entry is not commercial, it is regulatory and analytical.
Can I sell a product suitable for organic farming under my own brand?
Yes, and that is the part to settle before anything is printed. The range is covered by Regulation (EU) 2018/848, NOP USDA Organic and JAS, but exactly what each reference covers is checked product by product, and final validity for your holding or your customer's is decided by the relevant control body.
Does the published analysis back my brand too?
Yes. The composition of all 25 references is published openly, with measured values distinguished from declared ones, and chloride is measured by ion chromatography to UNE-EN 10304-1 at an ENAC-accredited laboratory. That backing does not change because the label carries a different name.
What is the minimum order and the lead time?
It depends on the product, the format and the destination, which is why we do not publish a generic figure: we would rather give you the real one for your case than one that will not hold. Write to us with the product, format and estimated volume and we will confirm it within 48 working hours, the same turnaround we give distributors.
Can you formulate to order, or only from the catalogue?
The starting point is the 25 references, whose analysis is already published and certified — that is what shortens lead times. Any variation on that base is assessed case by case, because changing a composition means revisiting the certification and the chloride test.
Do you publish who manufactures with you?
No. Private label customers are not named, here or in any commercial reference. It is the same discretion you will have if we work together, and it is why this page talks about the service and not about names.
