Introduction: the Olive Tree in Organic and Ecological Agriculture<\/h2>\n\n
The cultivation of the olive tree (Olea europaea)<\/strong> has a long tradition in regions such as Spain, Italy, Greece, Morocco, Argentina and Chile. However, the transition to organic and ecological<\/strong> models represents a significant technical challenge, especially if the goal is to maintain high levels of production and oil quality. <\/p>\n\n
The ecological management of the olive tree should focus on soil regeneration<\/strong>, balanced nutrition<\/strong>, abiotic stress management<\/strong> (drought, salinity, frost) and control of soil and aerial diseases<\/strong>. This program presents a comprehensive strategy using Ecoganic certified products<\/strong>, based on direct review of the catalog, trials and real technical experiences. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
